I have a studio condo that has been gutted and fully renovated in Jomtien Beach Condo. It has a full kitchen with everything, big western style bathroom with a stall shower and granite countertops. There is a 29" flatscreen color tv..cable installed, a dsl hookup and Index furniture. Jomtien Beach Condo is located rite on Beach Rd. and there is 24/7 baht bus and motorbike taxis available. There are 2 huge swimming pools, 8 restaurants, laundries, internet cafes and maid service. My condos are the nicest studios in this complex for rent and I rarely have vacancies. My tenant has bought a condo in the building. Please feel free to call me for a showing. I have rented all my condos to board members and they would all be happy to give a reference if necessary.

Wow, that's a great looking studio Eric. I would grab it in a heartbeat, but I need something bigger. If you come across a similarly appointed/situated 1 or 2 BD, PM me. I'm in the market and am interested in Jomtien or the hill.

I rented from Eric for 16 months until very recently, when I bought my own place. I enjoyed staying at one of Eric's condos. He is a good guy to do business with and I highly recommend him.

Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you regarding the length of the lease but I have had some internet connection problems. The 8500 per month is based on a 1 yr lease. I have rented in the past for 6 months at the same rate but prefer a 1 yr term.
