2 bedroom Apartment/ Condo for Rent

Hello,

 

I am looking for like the title says, a two bedroom condo or apartment for a month rental.

 

Prefer, Central or South Pattaya, but open to other suggestions also,

 

Looking to spend max of 20-25k baht /month.

 

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry to say but with your budget adn the time of year I think you will be seriously struggling. A reasonable 2 bed condo on a 1 year lease could easily cost 30k+ and for such a short term at the peak period, I think they would command a significant premium.

 

May I suggest, if possible, 2 studios in the same block, perhaps next to each other. Again, given the season, I think you'll have to raise your budget to 30k at least.

 

I have studios and 1 beds in View Talay 2 but not 2 beds.

 

If you want central place near your budget, you could try Yensabai. They are 40sqm but a 2 bed would be out of the question even there I suspect, if they even have any.

Thanks for the info Terrenova, I am currently looking at my accomodation options for Apr/May 08 for 1 month, a Condo in Jomtien might be just be what I am looking for, rather than the 'suite' option I usually go for.

Ive checked out the View Talay Condos (and Pics) on this board, and I am looking at the larger/largest 1 bed condos, they look really nice, I am also looking at the Rockhouse and the RG as an option, Ive stayed at the RG before but like a change every trip, and a Condo would be a first for me, so you may be getting an enquiry from me in Jan/Feb next year, Thanks.

You can have two seperate rooms where I am for 30k ..... maybe get a discount for two as well. I'll ask if you like, I know they currently have rooms available as some aren't quite refurbished yet.

 

Should be by mid next month though.

Not really. Just pointing out that there are bargains out there if people are willing to get off their ass and check out the areas just off the main drag instead of sitting in their rooms surfing the net.

 

Prior to finding my current place I found a nice 3 bedroom house just a short distance behind Carrefour for 15k. Only problem when my TGF called the number and talked to the owners TGF she asked my GF what nationality was I. When she replied American the TG said that her boyfriend was from Irag and didn't want to rent to an American.

Its an appartment with 4 2brs, 8 1brs and 3 studios. No lift but my 1 bedroom is about 550 sq ft with 2 large balconies (100 sq ft each). It came furnished and you have to clean the place yourself. It has sophon cable which is another 300 baht a month.

That was back in August. Don't know the address as I found it walking. Its located just north of Carrefour off of Soi SS Villa. Take a right on the first soi north of Carrefour (about 100 meters) and walk all the way down towards the Town in Town Hotel. The house was on a corner with a security guard shack across from the house.
