It is great News and thanks for your concern brother....I dont know about you but it had the potential to effect my trip...im travelling on the 18th....fingers crossed things will be ok.

 

If you are gonna be anywhere near Pattaya for a couple of weeks from the 18th let me know and we will have a beer.

I fly out @21.30 on Jan 13th, there was a strike starting @06.00 on the 14th! So I should be O.K.!

The threat of strikes at seven airports, including Heathrow and Gatwick, ended when union officials accepted a peace deal aimed at resolving a row over pensions.

 

A walkout by thousands of firefighters, security and clerical workers next Monday had already been cancelled but further stoppages remained on the cards for January 14 and January 17/18.
