LK Royal Suite???

I will be in Pattaya in may and have make a reservation at the LK Royal Suite (one Bedroom Suite) will stay there for about 2 month...Is anybody here who stayed there before? I am thankfull for any Informations...

Yes- I have stayed there and found it to be clean and only have to warn you to use the in room safe for any valuables. We had two instances when we caught employees going through personal items. The management ofcourse denies it.

There were no problems regarding guests and at the time I was there there was construction going on next door, very noisily. However, I believe that the construction is completed

I stayed there for a month. The facilities are fantastic and the location is very convenient. It's on the pricey side for Pattaya, but it's well worth it if you make use of the pool, gym, sauna, steam room, etc. The two LKs I've stayed at (Metropole and Royal Suites) had very soft beds, which is atypical for a Pattaya hotel.

Hi,

I stayed there with a running mate in a two bedroom suite in late 2006 (stayed there because the reservations dept for LK Metropole screwed up, and at a 4 AM, for the brain surgeon of a desk clerk on duty, this was the best he could do).

It wasn't a bad thing though. Gym was OK, Pool was great, although later in the day the building blocks most of the sun. Very spacious rooms with full amenities. I do have to second the warning about securing your valuables...or even non-valuables. We would often see the maids sharing a beer or two, and they would constantly shout "Hello...I Love You" to us everytime we walked by.

But my running mate and I each had a large variety box of condoms and stashed them in the bedside drawer of our respective rooms, and after only one night, each of us was missing all the "cool twist" variety...and I know I didn't fuck THAT many times that night.

Didn't report it though...I guess we thought the idea of half-drunk maids who apparently got around a lot because they needed a lot of jimmy's was kinda funny.

Another complaint I might make is not about the hotel itself, its about the location for baht bus pickups.

We would hop on a baht bus at nearby Pattaya Central road, but for the life of us couldn't figure out if at the intersection of Pattaya Central and Second roads, if it was going to make a right and go to North Pattaya, or go straight to head south. We'd occasionally end up headed in a direction we weren't planning on...even when we'd ask the damn driver where he was going....

Half-drunk stealing maids at a top place like this is fucket up. When you pay 60K bath + a month, you should expect better service.

From their postings I believe they mean that you should lock everything of value away in the safe,not that they can get inside it! However as "Egget" said hardly the type of behaviour expected at those prices! Have not heard of same " tea-leafs" acting at other of their sister locations!

If it was me I would immediately cross it off my list particulary as the management appear to be turning a blind eye! <grin :clap1 Regarding the bhat-bus this is a problem that effects ALL passengers boarding anywhere along Soi Buckhao and is really a very minor inconvience.

30% to 60% off on all suites sounds like a ok deal.

The building and the rooms there are very nice. The only drawback is the location and the not so good service.

@emil: Thanks for your info i just asking them for a dicount but it seems to be that the 30-60% will be only given on daily rates.

What I have got is the normal monthly (longterm stay) rate that you are presenting on your website. It is not a special price or a discount. I remember when I stayed more then one month in the lk meteropole (monthly rate) I always had got 10% discount. I just would see it as a nice gesture for a good customer at your company.

until know i dont have got a answer back...hope to get the 10% as pocket money for some visits on
