question about pattaya bay resort

Recommended Posts

I currently have reservations for the Presidential Suite at the Pattaya Bay Resort. Can anyone give me a trip report for this place and/or room?

Try a search loads of people have stayed there. Though I don’t think that many in the Presidential suite

Nice enough pool, good water pressure, fine lavatory, fast elevator, good security, decent food in restaurant. Not to far from 2nd road when you walk thru the shopping mall, no problem bringing back guest, front desk phones your room for your okay when guest leaves, moto thingy to take you up to 2nd or down to Soi Baukhoa. Do not pay for entire stay up front. I wasn't in your room, my room had thin walls. Pay one or two days only. Then if you no like, you find another place. Tims boutique not too far away.

Ok, thanks brother. I have it reserved from the 18th until 2 august but I will take your advice and only pay for 1-2 days up front and look around. I do not have to worry about if they let girls in as I have my full time there and have been with her nearly 3 years now. It looks like a great place on the internet but someone elses opinion always helps.

I have stayed in this room twice and have booked again for late Aug/Sep, very nice room and like you have my TGF with me so no Joiners, the only down sides I have are that in the morning you can hear the chairs in the restaurant which is above you. Did not worry us, as we got up most mornings by 9am.

Also the lift is not aircondit6iond and can be a bit warm at times. Here are a few photos I have taken in the room.

Thanks sparky. That room looked plenty big for 2 during a 14 day stay. I appreciate the photo's.

Did the room come with the laptop? How was the internet connection? Hopefully it was hard-wired in as I have never had good luck with the wi-fi around that town.

Thank you. That may turn me off of the place then. I want/need/deserve a good internet connection LOL

Do you know of a place that has ADSL in the rooms that is fairly nice?

Internet was excellent for my 2 week stay in June with the exception of 1 morning and mgmt circulated a letter stating the problem to each room.2 computers in lobby for guest use too.

Sparky thanks for the pics & the information on PBR.

Question - is this room the presidential, or the deluxe version?

another question - do I need to bring laptop if staying in deluxe room, or are they fitted out with desktop PC?

Cheers

Thanks Sparky - In that case I will bring the laptop. Computers in lobby may not be the place to copy off BG pics in compromising positions! :banghead

will they charge a joiner to bring 2 girls back at night ?

you will have paid for twin accoupation of the room so 1st girl no extr5a charge, but they do charge you if you bring back more than the one, i think 500 for 2nd girl but not 100% sure of that cost.
