ATV / Quad bike hire in Pattaya?

Anyone know of anywhere that does atv/quad bike hire in Pattaya? I read an old post for about 2 years ago stating there was a place near mikes mall is it still there and how much could I expect to pay?

Yes - There's a good one operating out of the International Race Circuit, just outside Pattaya. There's a fantastic full-size kart circuit there too, also the motor racing circuit. We went for a great 2 hr drive in the countryside.

The circuit is called "Bira" Link here.... www.bira.co.th no mention of the ATV's on website, but I assure you they are there. Buggys (2-seat) and ATV (single seat). About 3,000 Baht for the buggy. Recommended go for the buggy trek, then have a go on the karts when you get back.

I'm not driving past each day as I used to but going up the hill to Jomtien, on the right before you get to the Residence Gargen on the left, there used to be a hire place. Could be gone now as I don't live in Jomtien now but they were there for years. Before the crazy golf on the right, set back a little.

 

Beware if you drive them on the roads that they are classed the same as bikes and you'll need a helmet.

I read somewhere that they are technically illega to drive on the public road but the companies give tea money to the cops to turn a blind eye.

 

p.s that atv joint across from captains corner is still there. Go in and see all the crazy young thai blokes nearly bloody flip those ATVs.

 

They also do runs up to a track in the jungle
