Can anyone recommend a reasonable PP hotel near LeCyrcee?

 

I don't need swimming pool or other such luxuries. I would, however, prefer an in-room safe.

Flamingo

I stayed at Flamingo in March.Is there still construction across the street,starting (too) early?Thin walls but good breakfast and free airport p/u.

There was a small hotel about half way to the river from Flamingo that looked promising and the adjacent bar was done in black and white-easy name but too easy for me to remember.

No construction last month.

 

There must be better places to stay than Flamingo ???

I stayed here in October. Price was $30 a nite. Super nice right on the river.

Is the hotel friendly?

Yes very cool with girls. The rooms for $30 did not have balcony's. The rooms did not have a safe. The front desk did not have safes either. The pictures i took my self. When we were there it was opening week. No wifi. I think my friend and I where the only guest there.

Going back to the Flamingo. Yes I am also sure that there are better places to stay but...

 

1. Its handy to some good pubs and clubs. (Heart of Darkness 100 mtrs)

2. The free airport pick up is worth $10.00 so than makes the first night only $15.00.

3. Its also handy to the Central Market and the large shopping centre.

4. If the roof bar is still open its a good place to hook up with others of a similar persuasion.
