Is it safe to plug and Australian bought Nintendo DSI into a power socket in Thailand (using a travel adaptor).

I am worried the power supply may harm it.

isn't it 220v just like the power in LOS ?

I had to buy a Universal power supply for my Japanese Wii to work in LOS, but the power is only 110 in JP

Yes, as others say. If it is a 220V device, it's perfectly safe to plug it into the Thai mains. If it's NOT a 220V device, it's not. From Oz, it is probably 220, but double check of course.

Well actually isn't Oz 240VAC, 50Hz... but close enough.

This is useful.
