Brian Ellis

I have the sad duty to pass on the sad news of the death of Brian Ellis.

 

For those of you who did not know Brian, he ran the golf outings from the Sugar Shack for many a long year, He had a very dry sense of the silly, He did not suffer fools gladly, which some people took offense at, but to all that really knew him he was a very good and loyal friend.

 

I had the good fortune to get to know Brian over many years and it was a pleasure to have him as a friend.

 

This Feb will be the first time for many years the he will not be ticking the names of on the Monday morning at my first golf day & I for one will be very sad

 

RIP
