Hi,guys i have been looking at sawadee guest house in soi honey march, seems a good price at 640 baht for a superior room ,any one stayed there or have any info etc.Any info would be appreciated or any other places in same area worth looking at.I am trying to keep cost to less than a 1000baht,but want the usual luxuries with a decent feel to the place etc. thanks for any help.

soi honey is noisy with the numerous bars in the soi, if u come back early

Hi monty dog. how far down soi Buakhao(using 2nd road as a guideline) is this sunviewplace.

 

Coming over with gf in march and this place looks ideal.

It is close to south pattaya road and right on Soi Buckhoaw, so it could noisey that is one reason I have not booked there.

sunview is 6 mins walk from junction of soi buakhow and soi diana - 5 mins by baht bus from south pattaya road. it is in my experience certainly not noisy if you book floor 4 or higher. it is a very good value for money and the open reception / seating/ cafe area is pleasant and relaxing.

 

on thing is certain- it is much better value than sawadee on soi honey .

stayed at sunview in oct/nov,paid 750 a night.will stay there next trip. was not noisy on 6th floor.
