Has anyone used COMODO Backup? I'm trying it out now.

Everything from Comodo is absolutely free to individual users, entirely aboveboard, no-catch, and terrific. They have the world's best firewall, among other freebies. Their spam engine is tops, and their new Time Machine is WAY better than Microsoft's System Restore. Comodo is an excellent company. I haven't tried their backup but I don't doubt it's probably very good.

I'm ready to deinstall their backup software, because it tells me (after an hour or so) that the destination drive (490GB free) does not have enough space to backup the source drive (240GB).

My initial reaction is that it is a piece of shit.

I like the previous suggestion to just go low tech.

You could save all your pics to the same directory. At the end of the day add them to a password protected .rar file in a hidden directory.
