Gizmodo is good, but this is pretty over-hyped here. It's just a collection of "privacy statements" from all the Microsoft services. They retain Hotmail registration details forever. Well, duh!

 

You can't be anonymous AND play on the Net. One or the other, not both. In a way, Microsoft and Google and LittleBitty.com publishing their privacy details is a Good Thing, since they're going to do what they do anyhow.
