advice needed

i have just booked my flights for september and want to try a new hotel but i am getting bamboozled by all the reviews i have read. although soi lk metro seems to be a good place. here is what i am looking for,

 

a guest friendly hotel with decent rooms for around 700-1000bht with all the usual amenities with also preferably a lift (lazy bastard i know) and a room safe.

Pasadena Lodge is probably the only one that has a lift. It meets all your other criteria too. What dates, will we overlap?

Forgot to say earlier stu , Sunshine residence on soi 8 it ok too . also flipper lodge but has no in room safe . + i dont think the rockhouse has too many stairs and the rooms are sound, id stay at the rockhouse myself but i shat on my own doorstep already lol so i cant

Will be staying at the Rockhouse myself after doing my research think it is the best value in Soi Lk

Pasadena, has a Lift and the rooms are clean and modern, its right in the corner of the Soi so noise is virtually non existent and has in room safes
