I wouldn't have a clue. Here in Aus it is a prescription drug so there would be a hassle if they thought I was taking in too much. I'd say it would be the usual fine of a couple of hundred dollars. I think we are supposed to keep prescriptions with us for such things but if it isn't prescription in Thailand I can hardly do that.

 

I would think it would depend on the customs officer as well, they are pretty red hot on too many cigarettes etc but that is a duty free issue. I don't think they worry too much about Viagra/Cialis etc unless you decide to bring in a suitcase full. But to be honest I can't assist.

There are probably 2 issues actually,one of which would be a patent issue i imagine, with both kamagra and apcalis being a copy of patented products,and even if that was allowed, because these drugs (originals) are listed as doctor prescribed only you could get done.

I have enquired about this and have been told that you can bring these drugs (originals of course) into the country with you BUT you do need a prescription from your doctor in Australia for them AND you are also only allowed enough for 3 months PERSONAL supply,and considering that both of them are not intended for DAILY use I would imagine legally that would be about 45 doses you can have,give or take a few, plus possibly done for selling something that only doctors can prescribe.

That of course isnt to say that every customs officer actually knows this or will jump up and down on you if the see them.

Fuck all, Kamagra gel is not on the controlled prescibed list nor is it an illegal drug..... any idiot can import it, I just got in and made some coin before hand....

 

I used to sell to a sex shop on the gold coast, they now import it for half the price i was selling it for.... I still make some coin though, if I get a request from mates to bring some along.

 

Whether the drug is controlled or not, you are importing it for the purpose of selling it on and making a profit. Customs in any country would have a problem with that. It's no different than importing watches or socks to sell.

 

Normally, for a non-restricted drug, importing for personal use is fine, but never for resale.
