A friend of mine has just opened up a nice daytime bar called Rijoca.

Its a converted house that actually looks like a spanish castle, very unique looking with a nice large bar area and a large roof terrace.

They have several nice girls working there and the mamasan is ex Stork and Kineree.

The bar itself is more of a social pub type place but there are rooms also. the whole place is very nicely decorated, drink prices are reasonable also.

Although it is finished there are plans for a jacuzzi and a VIP room.

Its open from 12pm until 10pm and its located past the Sports stadium with the large stone elephants on soi 7 off of Theprasit Rd (the soi opposite Soi Kopai) with the large Honda bike shop on the corner.

Give it a try.

Here's some pics and basic directions.

The bar is in soi maeauen 2/7 which is about 2 kms down thepprasit Soi 7 (the soi opposite Soi Kopai with the large Honda bike shop on the corner), the soi is very windy but stay it and don't turn off until you see the large stone elephants, then about 20m after them you will see yellow signs for Rijoca gentlemans club, turn left into soi maeauen and the house is about 300m on the right, you can't miss it.

:)

close, its on the otherside of the soi past the blue roofs.

:)

Are you referring to the blue tear drop placemarker? I didn't put that there. It's just there.

But, you're saying it's past the blue roofs on the opposite side of the soi? Somewhere in what was a big field? On soi meuxdjsdjh(?) 2/7?

From the picture of the building, it doesn't look hard to find anyway.

I thought you put the tag there.

The maps are well out of date as that green foresty looking area is empty space now where you can park.

Looks like the sign says the place is called "Rioja". Apparently named after a Spanish area or wine?

Wow! Nice place. If I'm in Patts I will visit it. Like to see new places, even if they are a little outside.

Thanks for pointing it out!

It would be nice if some-one had some photos of the rare steak at the bar. A full report on the girls and the rooms would be great for those of planning our Patts trips in the next couple of months.
