Cheers Guys, been looking at BJ Lodge and it looks cool...

It's on Soi 3 and not directly on Beach Road, do rooms have a Sea View?

Thanks for taking the time and effort to post jhrawy, i'm now adding Discovery(looking very nice) and Baboona(seem to sell out of seaview rooms very quickly) to our list to choose from.

What a nightmare choosing from a list of 10 potential hotels.

Thanks again jhrawy

Okay,

finally made our choice, we booked a sea view room at baboona.

Will post some photos when we get there.

Roll on October 16th.

Any guys/gals have any feedback on the sea view rooms at baboona(not deluxe sea view)

Cheers.

Yeah i know but the amount of times i've stayed in a hotel with swimming pool and never bloody used it, i forget!!!

Guess i will have to cross beach road and chill on the beach if i want to chill, one thing IS for sure, i WONT be swimming in the sea.

We go to Koh Larn for that, lovely beach and nice clear sea(all for 60b).

Cheers mate.

If you find baboona not to your liking, I suggest Sandy Spring on Soi 13, top floor deluxe seaview, with full balcony, huge window looking out over ocean. Within budget stated, very nice staff, good pool, you won't be disappointed.
