High End Watch repair in Thailand

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a Breitling Bentley 6.75 from a friend. I need to have one link added to fit my wrist. I assume the best watch shops in Thailand will be in BKK.

Any suggestions? Experience?

Thanks!

If you have the extra links then most places should do it for you, if you need to find a link to match then you may be better buying a whole new watch strap.

MBK Centre in Bangkok has a large number of watch dealers

and i would assume TUK.com in Pattaya has the same, plus there is a thread about fake watches and people like Sarah who has a shop and repair/sells watches

Why would anyone imagine that Tukcom has Authorised dealerships for high end watches

No idea, whoever said Tukcom had high end authorised watch dealerships must be a bloody idiot,

but for me i would probably wonder why to just put a link in a wristband of a watch

anyone would trawl round all the "high end watch shops" in bangkok, hoping they had the exact

same strap they would be willing to take one link out of and put it in his watch.

I still think Sarah's or a shop like it would be the best bet for a copy of a high end link or a copy

new wrist band, and Sarah's is around the tukcom area :clueless

Im assuming the OP has a genuine Breitling (if not trawl the copy watch sellers for a link / strap / two more snide Bentleys to cobble together) in which case he needs a link from an A.D.

Neither of those options will be fulfilled in Tukcom where you'll be very hard pressed to find any watches (or much of interest in terms of I.T. either)

Why anyone in their right mind would bring a real Breitling to Thailand is beyond me. If it's the real thing.

If it isn't get another one, that fits, from the market.

Why not? Breitling does it.

There was a huge watch display out in the middle of the mall with twenty or so watch case with stuff from IWC to Harry Winston Opus models and Breitling that was simply incredible.
