first time in Thailand

Hello everyone I'm coming in January (from 12 to 19) for the first time in Thailand and especially in Pattaya, I plan to go to secret hotel, or penthouse hotel or other one ??: you can advise me on a hotel not far from beach Road and WS, I have no specific budget, I just want to spend quality time with the lovely ladies of Pattaya, and enjoy myself in bars, thank you all

Neither of those hotels are really good for a first timer, I think.

 

Secrets has stairs you have to climb (a pain when drunk) and penthouse rooms are filthy (but naughty!)

 

Try Dynasty Inn or Pattaya Bay Resort. Both good places for newbies, good security, food, pool, in room safe, etc.

 

If you want very good rooms (suite, not regular hotel), try Residence Garden.

I've stayed at Secrets my first time and would recommend it. Walking up the stairs is no big deal. Secrets is quite a good package, the rooms are smallish but clean, shower/toilet good. Food is available 24 hrs, bar and girls downstairs all good and the staff terrific. Add to that it is a great location for Walking Street and Beach Road.

The honest response is that the OP's question is impossible to reply to without being given information about what the OP finds important in a hotel. Just saying "a great location for Walking Street and Beach Road" is such a broad criterion that it narrows the options only slightly.
