Nah, I'm going for 4-0 now :) Good to see England so upbeat after being outplayed for the first 3 days and making 500 in four and a half sessions on a batting paradise. Think Ponting showed in the last 90 minutes how tough batting was with a run a ball half century.

 

Woeful wicket preparation for a test match, hope never to see that again. Would rather lose the test then sit through watching batsmen on a batting paradise in the last few days of a test.

Johnson is just another one of Pontings bum boys with a big gob. Two days before the test if you listened to him talk, you would have thought he is superman, he needs to shut up and start to bowl better.

 

Good to see Pontings sportsmanship shine through again, fukn sook.

 

You guys showed a lot of back bone, 200 runs behind and under a lot of pressure, very unusual reply from you guys really. This current team is just that, a team who seem to get on well unlike the last few tours you have had out here.

Your right about the batting paradise but I still thought it was a decent test match.

 

Feared the worse for England but to be fair we blew it on day one.

I have never seen such an empty stadium for a test match.

Lefthander, weird wide, low, bowling action. Almost chucks it. He should stick to bowling over the wicket after that wide 4 he gave away. Gave the 'keeper no chance.

Bowling attack will dominate the next test for sure, 20 wickets is whats required and thats tough in Australia.

 

Johnson has been dropped which may expose that tail slightly.
