Condo Rental

Hi,

 

I am a retired American serviceman coming to Pattaya in January to see about living there. Currently living in the Philippines, but tired of it.

 

Looking for a furnished studio or 1Br condo with internet, tv, air conditioning to rent initially for a month, but could be long term. Need something less than 15,000 baht.

My wife and I will be arriving in Pattaya on Jan 12th. Staying at least a month and possibly longer.

 

Still looking for a large studio or 1 br under 10,000 baht. Perhaps in the Jomtien area.

I'm looking for almost the exact same thing as OP, but I have to emphasise on hi speed internet access in the room (Need it for work).

 

Finding a place to stay in Pattaya is very hard when you are not a locally known.

Check out www.pattayarentaroom.com I stayed at the Yensabia Condo a few years ago. Large one bedroom with kitchenette. The place was clean and at the time well run. I stayed there a couple of times and liked it.

If your going to be there for awhile then why have have it installed if everything else meets your standards? There are 3 internet providers that I'm aware in Pattaya: TOT, True Vision, and another called something like 3db.

I'm thinking of long term rental in Yensabai Condos where they quote 1000B / month for wired internet (in house)

Does your post mean I can get internet access direct from those providers at a more competitive rate (cheaper than Yensabai Condos) ?
