I don't know the name of the complex but it's about the middle of the way between central road and Big C on the East side of second road. it looked to have about 20 beer bars planned but only three were open when I left in the middle of February. I hope it makes a go of it.

I think you mean towards the 24hr McDonals on 2nd Road on the right, almost opposite Cosy Bar and Soi 5? When I have passed there it has always been quiet and as you say very few of the bars open... Never seen it busy. The rent there is very cheap as well, I think that says it all...
