Narin condo's have places in your price range. Many own their condo's or have several. The Narin rental office tacks on a couple of thousand baht to what an owner wants and will rent rooms. It's best to go in and ask questions from tennants, if they know if a place for rent. You can also go here, haven't used them, so no recommendation. http://2-thai.com/147_thailand_pattaya_nir...ondominium.html Narin condo's are on Soi Arunothai, the cross street that Carfour is on.

Just found this on another board. He says 4,000-4,500 per month. Had pics that didn't look to bad, great for the money.

The condo ( 4 floor) will be AVAILABLE for rent again very soon. If interested , please contact me or send a e-mail to : how241@gmail.com

Gabor,

Take a look at Annajet you might be able to cut a deal longterm..

http://www.annajet.co.uk/prices.htm

Long Stays / Residents (limited room availability)

We offer a significant discount to people who choose to make Anna Jet their home away from home but because of this we cannot offer this option to new residents between the 1st Oct and the 28th Feb.

Low Season 4 weeks 5,500

Mid Season 4 weeks 7,500

High season 4 weeks 9,000

Peak season 4 weeks 11,500

As a long stay resident you effectively simply rent a room from us - we do not clean or change linen/towels and we meter your electricity and water at 9 and 35 baht respectively. If you want the room serviced then we will charge 50 baht each time you request this. We also ask for a 3,000 baht deposit - returned when you pay your bills!

That sounds off to me. The trick here is paying for 4 weeks, not a month. There are 12 months in a year, however on a 4 week plan, rent would be due 13 times. Nice
