cooking schools

does anyone know of any thai cooking schools like they have in Bangkok in funtown?  would like to spend a few afternoons improving my thai cooking skills as I am expected to cook thai back here and I'm running out of dishes I know how to prepare.

I'll be back in pattaya on or about 27 march 04 for a couple of weeks.

I'm not sure if they are still having the schools since they are trying to sell the restaurant but my friends wife had classes at their restaurant as of last year.
