I used to get T Shirts printed from any of the Tailors selling T shirts in Walking st.

They should all be able to get them done.

In the middle of South Pattaya market (Tues &Sat) there is a t-shirt stall selling good quality shirts that say 'SAME SAME' on the front and 'BUT DIFFERENT' on the back. I bought one  :) I think they were about 100 baht.
