I live in Chiang Mai and have a home in Pattaya (Pratumnak hill). Can I expect the same conditions that i've experienced in Chiang Mai or that I see on the news in central Thailand

In Ayutthaya, one of the pooyai is claiming the water is 5 metres deep in and around the industrial park. If true, that's some kind of record. I don't think even that would get too far up Mount Pratumnak. heh again.
