Having trouble connecting to BKK Banks internet banking.

 

Not sure if the problem is at my end or whether they are having server problems.

 

Cannot call them to ask so i was wondering if any of you are having the same problem.

A few hours later but I managed to log on OK.

Turns out the problem was at my end, the site was being blocked by the internet security at the place i am working.

Tried to log in about 5 minutes ago. Just got the email thanking me for logging in, but their website is still thinking about letting me in...WTF!

Thanks for the feedback... it sort of is consoling to hear that someone else is having a problem and it isn't only my account that has been emptied by hackers!!!

( I am getting the homepage now, slowly, but the login page isn't coming up. I tried calling them but hung up after sitting on hold for ages)

I gave up in the end but couldn't cancel the log in attempt. I was using Firefox so tried IE to log in and log out again.....couldn't get the homepage! Lucky I've only got a few bob in there. (For the septics, that means a few baht).

I managed to get in later......and this morning it seems to be working OK. Looks like they had a server issue.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I had tried on 2 laptops without success, but your replies made me look again.

It worked with IE.....

Firefox still won't let me in, and I think there was a recent update to 17.0...... likely problem?

 

UPDATE:---- Well after screwing around clearing cache and checking security and firewall and all that good-stuff which loses all the numbers that were remembered and logins 'remember me' stuff hence ruining your browsing experience, I decided to give them a call at Bangkok Bank. After the usual 10 minute press 2 for this, 3 for that and whatever I managed to speak to a nice lady who could also speak English.

 

Bangkok Bank Ibanking does not support Firefox 17.0...apparently....I am told!

 

The symptom is you cannot even get to the login page, sadly the error page you get redirected to just says service is currently unavailable rather than saying it is a browser issue.

Problem has been fixed in new release...17.0.1
