Any update on Soi 2 Construction?

Are there any people in Pattaya at the moment that have an update on the area? It was a bomb site in September where the old places were being toppled at the top end and I was wondering if any new construction had yet started?

It doesn't seem so bad, perhaps a lot of construction was meant to be done before high season....

What there is is a lot of roads being dug up, large drain pipes being installed. Seems like every street I turn down is blocked.
