Best places to buy souvenirs

Recommended Posts

I noticed this as well and wondered why? Perhaps whoever owns another shopping centre somewhere in Pattaya but if whoever thinks I offended them by making a reasonable suggestion then let he/she explain why please.

I think a lot of misplaced rep points are the result of more people using mobile touch screen phones and tablets.

I used to buy souvenirs, but never in Pattaya. I'd always get them in Chatujak market, Bangkok.

Good luck. My souvenir buying days are long gone.

I get all of my gifts for friends back home while sitting on a bar stool at 5 Star Bar Beach road....just have a couple of beers and look out at the scenery and every vendor on beach road will present their products for your approval.

it beats the hell out of worrying about where to buy souvenirs.

A very practical point Sit and watch the Beach & Babes or walk around aimlessly to save a few hundred baht.

I use a similar approach, it also gives me the chance to barter with them , they want to sell and if they price is right I might buy. That way I don't waste valuable drinking time hunting round shops. :bhappy
