Sounds like it comes with a lot of bloatware. Did you remove any of the problem software or the virtual CD partition?

How old are your devices ? About 2 years old for the external HD. It was purchased on 6/06/2010 at Costco. I have the receipt. The Media Player was bought on 8/29/2009 at Best Buy. have the receipt.

Bought in Thailand ? All were bought in the U.S.

You are in Pattaya ? I am in Pattaya now and all things are negotiable.

 

Edited about 3 times now. Took me a bit to find the receipts.

No problem with the Smartware. You don't have to use it, unless you install it on your computer with the disk. It has the only partition where it has all the movies.

Sure? Partitions like this can be hidden and unlettered, but still be using diskspace and contain executables. 3rd party disk software can usually reveal & delete them though.

It does have the Smartware on it. Which can be deleted. Here's the info from seeing what space is available and used. Just checked it out on my computer. Total Size 1.81 TB and 840 GB Space Free. Free space would be more if all videos would be deleted.

 

The HD and Media player are in excellent shape. Price on it is negotiable. Like everything else in Thailand is.

The Media Player will support over a 2 TB hard drive. Works great on videos.
