Apartment about 35 sqm ++ (studio) for rent, corner unit

Air-con, big fridge (no froze), microwave, fan, toaster, kettle,

bed, closet, sofa, hot water machine, iron, iron board,

ventilation fan in bathroom

 

Table and chairs on balcony for smoking or relaxing, little garden on balcony

 

Working table with lamp, book shelf, little posting board.

 

Key-card access, CCTV, Parking with CCTV, nice restaurant on ground floor,

Thai restaurant at the corner of parking, walking distance to Big C South Pattaya,

walking distance to bath bus taxi on South Pattaya, easy to get to Sukhumvit Road.

 

Quiet location, few minutes to central nightlife and beach.

Only few apartment units, very quiet, live-in cleaner to take care apartment.

 

Free internet, Free Cable TV.

 

Room cleaning only 200 baht per time, laundry service available,

2 Thai grocery stores nearby, water vending machine.

 

Contract: 1 year = 6000x12 = 72000, one time payment 5% discount = 68400 or 5700 baht per month.

Sir,

I think you will have a better response if you take the time and snap some pictures of the entire unit. The few that are on the website you provided will IMHO not do the trick.

People will want to see the entire Studio and what it has to offer, Make sure your pictures include the view, the pool (If Any), The Bathroom, Cooking area, as well as all available amenities ...

 

I think if you take a little time in putting together a nice presentation, it will serve you better in the long run...

Good point. It can't take that many photos to cover 350 square feet for everything.

 

The price is amazing. I stayed at the Hong Kong airport for one night for 50% more than this place costs for an entire month.

In fact I have been remodeled the room, put some more furnitures.

I live there myself now. If some really interested, you can send me email and I will send some more photos.

I wont dare to ask what not worth paying this money.

If you rent room 3500 baht, you got less than I offer 50%.

 

I put internet 3BB 6 mb and I pay for my tenant.

I put lot of plant on balcony for green area and fresh air.

 

If some really not intested and not really look for apartment ot stay,

you can just ignore my post. I look for someone really want room,

and I got only 1. I will take that person to see, if they want anything more,

I will do my best.

 

I live there myself and I have so much stuff, It's quite difficult for me

to take photo.

 

If you want to view photo of place I live now just for fun, please ignore this forum.

I have some privacy, and I do respect people who really want this room.

 

I will be able to take some more photos on the weekend, as I have full-time work

during the weekday. If you are interested, leave me your email and I will send to you.

I try to find in Google, it said "primary level", "amateur". What ever?!!
