500baht hotel w/pool any recommendations

Just wondering if anyone could drop me a line about a good hotel for about 500 baht . Would like it to have a pool as I like loafing around the pool on some days. Stayed at the Lek before and liked it just wondering about some other hotels. Just dont want to be walking around aimlessly when I arrive. Arriving in Pattaya on the 13th of January.

Sorry but I just dont give you much odds on finding anything in that range with a pool, or even without a pool for that matter in January. (well anything with four walls and a roof that is)

Natana Garden View is 3500 per week and 6000 for 2 weeks.

Opened about 3 months ago and is located about 100 meters east of 3rd Rd and north of Centeral Pattaya Rd.

Try "The Cottage" - S01-2 ? This is across the roadway from "Big-C" This is a side road and not 2nd/Rd. The Cottage faces the parking lot.

I last heard that The Cottage was charging 660b a day. They have 2-pools in a nice tropical type setting. The rooms are not much to speak of, but they are clean and with either AC or Fan.

The Cottage does not have a web site.

Two hotels springs to my mind. Apex has a swimmingpool, but there is not much sun, because of buildings and walls. Around thb 500.

Intown Holiday hotel has a pool on 10. floor. Around 550 thb. Take a look at the review section. I recently made a review of Intown and there are many reviews of Apex.

Best wishes

Thai girls may say they don't like the Apex, but I find it hard tobelieve they would turn down 100 baht cause of a noisy AC when their rooms don't even have an AC.

Maybe its the 100 baht thats the problem.   ::)

Take its 1000 baht. Or I need to know where the 100 baht girls are.  ;D

Up to you.  ;)

Have to agree with Thaidane here - the Intown Holiday Hotel on Soi 10 (or is it 11?) is a good deal- quiet, clean,  many services around, cost me 500B in late October, increased to 600B in early November but still a good deal.

My friend recommended it to me,  he stayed there for two months; I was only there for four days at a time, twice, but I really liked it.
