Emirates to Clark ... starts October.

Recommended Posts

Good news for some ... and with decent timings - "EK338 will depart Dubai at 0400hrs and arrive at Clark International Airport at 1640hrs. The return flight, EK339 will depart at 1835hrs and arrive at Dubai International Airport at 2305hrs."

It's a pity they don't continue on the Bangkok flights to Clark, rather than Hong Kong!

Considering the number of Pinay workers in Dubai and throughout the region,I can see it.Surprised it didn't start sooner. Also surprised there isn't more service to Clark.

Dubai to Clarke?

That seems odd and the outbound times are whacked.

Yes.

Why and why?

1)BKK to Clarke should to be a more popular route and even that is over-served as CP and Tiger cancel flights all the time.

2) when would you prefer to leave LHR (or elsewhere) to make a 0400 departure? I know I'd prefer to fly out fairly early (

I could see Cebu more than Clarke unless Emirates wants to dodge Ninoy Aquino all together

:clueless More popular than what - Dubai to Clark? There's a small matter of Fifth Freedom rights to consider.

Emirates lunchtime flight get's you in DXB around 01:00 - a 3.5 hour layover for your flight to Clark. On the return, the 23:05 arrival gives you a 3.5 hour wait for the connection to LHR where it arrives at 07:00. Good timings.

Dearie me! Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you. You really should do your homework before you criticise other BMs ... you just end up looking silly otherwise.

So tell me, when would you prefer to leave LHR to arrive in time for a 0:400 flight from DBX?

:clueless I've already indicated that the lunchtime flight provides the best connection from LHR. My local airport is Manchester and the same scenario applies - the lunchtime flight provides the best connection.

Likewise on the return - a 4 hour layover to connect to the early morning arrival in Manchester. Good times.
