Dynast Inn downtown Pattaya

Has anybody stayed there or stopped by for a look see? I have a tentative reservation there over Christmas and New Years, just wondering what people think about it. Is it one of the new hotels on Soi 13?

It just opened the end of August.  They just began construction  of another hotel right next door.

The only place I have seen it mentioned is on the Dynasty Inn/Resort website. Not much info there yet.

Stayed there for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago.......it's ok .....but nothing special.......paid 1200baht for a delux room (walk in price)........much prefer to stay at the eastiny inn...........also there is still a lot of building work going on down soi 13
