I've been dealing with high blood pressure for years. I've been on a number of medications over the years. The problem I've run into after awhile they stop working. My MD has to try different combinations/dosages to get my pressure under control. For many guys this is not something you go to your doc once or twice and your done with it. It's vital for your health that YOU monitor your pressure during the day. It will vary and you have to keep track of it. Ask your MD about an aspirin a day taken at night. High blood pressure can led to a stroke. I've endured three strokes. They tend not to kill you but they leave you crippled.

I've just bought a good arm monitor from Amazon in the UK for 15 GBP ($23). Trouble is costs as much to post it over here. Still cheaper than buying in LOS though.

Had a realy bad ear infection, i think from some dirty water coming thru the system,went hospital,they gave me a BP check,after telling me i had higher than normal temp,from the infection.It was 125/ 85,she said it was brilliant especialy since i am 61,felt a bit beter for a couple of seconds lol
