That's a good price for the size for sure. You sould post your own ad for sale.

But you are looking at comparing yours in a complex of 1000's of rooms with bad facilities on a gay beach (no offence given to gay people), you cannot compare these 2 developments at all.

But this is a public forum & I'm sure the right person will buy your studio. Good luck with your sale.

 

I see nothing wrong with Austhai7's comment regarding a gay beach. He seemed to be simply pointing out the demographics of the area which is very important to any prospective buyer. Congrats on the sale!
