I think the OP has taken his time and money to furnish with top quality items and it has excellent views in a good location....my concern long term wouldn't be with noise reduction on doors and windows but with walls....

Great comment, BF, regarding noise (which I'm VERY sensitive about short or long term).

 

ONE side has 'extra' wall insulation thus that side is reasonably OK. Never an issue.

 

The other side is owned by an older American from CA who's there only seasonally. And when there, VERY quiet,

 

And, of course, no roof top noise as this is on the top floor.

 

Is the condo soundproof? No but it's about as good as you can get in VT6.
