And I still waiting the resuit from my hotel when I tried to ask them for their help. But seems I should be prepared plan B for myself.

So, anybody here can help me show some locations/places that I can buy some candles or flowers ?? ^^

And, where is the best place?? ^^

I tend to find one empty beach on Pattaya that I can organize my proposal.

Best wishes for your wedding. Plenty of rats and dirty beach areas to have a wedding at, so good luck with that too. For me, I would go further south, but yours will not be the first to make their vows in Pattaya - some members here have.

It's not exactly a wedding, just a marriage proposal or something romantic. Opps, rats and dirty? :(. So, Can I not find out one good place on the beach?

There are florists and gift shops in the malls so the first items are like any other city on Earth.

Jomtien beach at times other than weekends was not packed when I went there, and it has to be cleaner and less cruddy than Pattaya Beach, hasn't it?

P.S. Why not just bring candles in your luggage?

I am sorry to say you may have been given a wrong impression of romantic beaches by a travel brochure.

Firstly candles and flowers are easily found.....

The Beach adjacent to Pattaya Beach Rd I would say is not really suitable.....

You have already booked your hotel, which is a shame, may we ask which hotel?

A hotel like The Dusit (perhaps Sheraton) or Cosy Beach (Rabbit resort) would probably help you but some of these are 5 star.
