I don't know if they still take place, but there used to be very well-attended aerobics sessions on Beach Road at the bottom on Soi 6. Dozens of Thais and farang took part.

There was one under the overpass on 3rd Road...in the midst of the fumes from heavy traffic. I haven't seen them for a while, but my schedule doesn't take me that way lately, so they could still be going on.

Yeah I saw it recently as I drove down. Around sunset or 7pm.... my Mrs used to attend that some donkeys years ago, I would drop her off and she would jog back to where we were staying near 3rd/Nua. That didn't last long!
