Been offered a cheap flight from the UK to BKK travelling via CDG then AIr France to BKK.

 

Anone ever travelled with Air France and if so what do you think of them

I've never gone air Fance to Bangkok ....  But air France are as good as BA

31 inch  (79 cm) seat pitch in economy.  Obviously another airline cabin designed by Toulouse Lautrec! :-[

Very similar to BA / Lufthansa etc, ie typical Eurpopean national carrier. Good time keeping, but little else going for it.

Also the French are bloody pests (even noisier than Italians ) when travelling, and insist on taking photos of everything, including jumping up as the food is being served to take a photo of their poxy pudding ::)

It would have to be bloody cheap !!

 

I flew with them 2 years ago from Newcastle/CDG/Bankok and it was one of the worst long haul flights I've had,  small seats and crap food

I travelled within Europe with Airfrance, Lufthansa, SAS and Brittish Airways and I think they are pretty much in the same league. But I am rather short, 171 cm, so I usually dont have a problem with seats.
