  13. Have Thia air got a date for the new airbus A380 ... flying London to Bangkok Is it going to be this year
  14. Thats 7 hours less in Thailand ..... Thai air flights can be found for around £430.00. So you save from £30.00 to £60.00. NOW if you were to ask me if i would pay £30.00 to £60.00 for 7 hours in Pattaya it would be a big YES
  15. Jaime I've looked on the sites, Joys got to buy 4 tickets; i just wanted to know if you save much buying in a travel shop in Thailand. On the thai web site london to bangkok comes in at over £500, but you can buy here for £410 with tax

  17. Anyone know of any sites that give you the ticket class at time of booking ... as i have the air miles to upgrade. i think i'm right in saying the Thai ticket for around 420 have a w class which you can not upgrade on
  18. Cheshire tom Time goes by so fasts ... Lillys 2 years old end of Feb, and life good. It's funny how many Thai girls you meet over here when you have a thai wife. I want to send Joy and Lilly over on the 2 nd April so she can have some time up in the village, i'll fly out on the 27 April and then fly out to Siem Reap for 3 nights then back to Bangkok meet Joy and Lilly then head to Pattaya for 6 night then up to Udon Thani (so joy can fill the cases up with food).
  19. Thai promotional fares now have NO air miles
  20. Been having a good look at prices from London to Bangkok for April/May2006. The best non stop price i can find is on the BA site (jan sales) £458 and thats with all taxs.
  21. Joy went to to Thailand in Feb of this year and paid 310.00 with EVA ... we booked this in Jan of this year at west east travel. i think your find prices like this again nearer the end of the year for Feb 2006
  22. time for that update on my first class flight with Eva ...... £1700 return .... Frist i feel you cannot find anyone much better than BA, but the BA price is far to high. Ba does world travel plus for around £1400 which is a lot of money for what you get but after saying that Eva first class is not that much better you get a bigger seat with about 6 foot in front of you and thats it .... a big let down was the tv, about 4 or 5 ins. Many said better to go business
  23. Hi, as Jambo said the food is only snacks, but i find most lounges in the UK seem to only do snacks. It's not big but as for over crowded i think thats very hit and miss. If i was you i would go for it as it nice to have a good seat alway from everbody in the airport, and don't forget the free drinks and price of them outside. you could end up saving money
  24. Thats a great deal you got Chaiyapoon with return tickets to Udon Thani. I fly out on Sunday and will be in Udon Thani for most of my 3 week stay before Joy baby and i return to the UK. Drop me a moblie number if you want to meet for a drink sometime
  25. Thanks bergerac.... When i land Bangkok on the 7th March 2005, i'll then travel up to Udon Thani, which means i'll have a 4 hour wait for that plane. As it's only £45.00 to travel Buss class with Thai air up to Udon Thani which lets you into the lounge, does anyone know if you have showers in the Lounge in terminal D
