They have rentals at view Talay2.

 

I booked a room for 8 nights at view Talay 6 through them... they were fine to deal with (I wanted to gauge a long term condo rental for the future as opposed to a hotel).

 

Be warned though, long term rentals (?? 1 month, 3 months, 6 months ?? you don't specify) need to be booked well in ADVANCE as your time line will be eaten up with other shorter bookings, especially the good value 'specials' that may be advertised at good rates.

I use Dancewatchers although only 2 to 3 weeks at a time not long term.

Always easy to deal withand helpful if you have any problems.

Try emailing and asking what they have for your times, I usually get a few suggestions when I do this.

If you're going to be here for long, long, time (years), I advise booking a hotel for a couple of weeks and personally visiting the buildings you're interested in. Not everything that looks good on the web looks good when you get there.
