Hi Gentlemen,

 

I'm looking for a condo aug-september (60 days). I usually book/get contact through the FB page "Pattaya Condo Buy Sell Rent", but I do feel that it's not as active as it was before.

 

What are your favorite websites that you use, or straight broker recommendations? There are a few.

I hope that's not true as I have booked 2 months in a nice condo for the end of this month in the Diamond suites of threpassit 15

Supposedly, short term vacation rentals like those available from Air BnB are no longer allowed, but I've read that enforcement of the rule is spotty. I wonder if there aren't hotel type operations that have condo type rooms?
