gallery problem

Hi,i cant enter gallery area.Ifill in the blanks but keep getting message AUTHENTICATION FAILURE.password works elsewhere.what am i doing wrong?

Are you entering your username as flying_pig or flying__pig? Looking at your profile, it seems that there should be two underscores as in the latter.

 

Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that you're entering that correctly.

As well as your password being case sensitive, I think your user name is also case sensitive. I've been refused access to the gallery because I got that wrong in the past.

Ive just discovered im having the same problem with two football forums i post on and also bangkok tonight,there is a message saying  unregistered user.I mailed  them but they said my details are going through normally at their end.so its obviously my computer.cookies are set to allow all and im still accessing email,bank etc and a couple of other web sites.i havent got a clue.i should have done that computer course when i had the chance!

Problem sorted guys,thanks for the help. it was some faulty software that reconfigured my internet options without my knowledge.it only took about ten seconds to sort in the end.
