Can't get into RG's hotel booking

I am trying to get into the RG hotel booking and fill out the template but when I hit submit it locks me out. Anyone have a suggestion on how to Email IB?

Ib's email address is Ottensen@loxinfo.co.th which actually just forwards to ibottensen@yahoo.com.  I know this because I tried to email him this morning but it was rejected and sent back to me because his email box is full.  You might be able to get in contact with him by calling RG at 66 38 364314.  I hope this helps.

Murphys Law.  Go on holiday and something that has worked fine for months suddenly stops working.

 

Anyway, it should be working again now.
