Looking for a good apartment

I will be staying in Pattaya in July/August for a month.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations on apartments in Pattaya to stay at. Preferably i am looking for something that is in walking distance to the main baht bus run.

 

Budgeting to spend no more than 15,000 baht per month.

I know of a few hotels that charge around 9000 for a monthly rate. Are you looking for a place that has a kitchen, living room and bedroom?

Check out www.pattayarentaroom.com . I rented a condo for 12K last year. Prices have gone up but they will deal in low season.

A kitchen, living room and bedroom would be good, but not essential.

 

Really looking for something convenient to get on and off the baht bus route but something that is also comfortable to be able to stay a month.

 

Staying a month in a tiny hotel room can sometimes start to get to you after a while.

 

Any suggestions??
