Anyone have any comments about the cosy beach hotel? Will be in Pattaya for 3 days and want to be near the action in the south. Oh, any other suggestions of where to go there is appreciated!

Cosy beach hotel is not close to the action, I stayed there back in 1999.

The Welcome Plaza Hotel is located on 2nd Road across fron the eastern entrance to Pattayaland 2. The place is only a few years old and it has 2 swimming pools. Rates start at $25 per night and it is guest friendly....

Where is the second pool at the welcome Plaza? I only ever saw 1.

Stayed at Cosy Beach about 6 times in all. its a pleasant out of town hotel located almost next door to the Royal Cliff hotel. cost 50 baht by taxi to and from town. Good beach location and nice friendly bars nearby but with no girly scene. Overall OK if you want to get away from the filthy atmosphere of Pattaya city during the daytime and travel to party in the evening.

Guest fee 200 Baht! Good pools.
