Gabor,

I'm back in Pattaya tomorrow, 9th August. Let me know what you want and budget. I will be in Jomtien on 12th (Queen's birthday). You know what I think about agents' prices.

Also, I can / will ask around to see if someone wants / needs to sell so either PM me or reply here. Potential other locations ?

Regards

Hello Gabor

Why don't you contact Derek, the guy you bought you Condo off in building B. I am sure he could help you out or know somebody with units to sell. PM me if you want his email address.

Good luck, if I had some extra cash I would buy one the same as you are after.

Gabor,

Just out of curiosity, what do you consider a good price? I keep looking at Thai condos on the Internet, but so far I'm not so sure where I want to buy one, and I'm certainly not brave enough to buy one sight unseen.

Rex, I consider a good price about 1.4-1.5M BHT for the unit I'm looking for.

Buying in unseen condition is risky, but I knew the building before, watched all floors, all views, shortly everything. Then I had to return home with a valid offer, but this offer seemed unrealistic overpriced. Later I visited on the internet some agencies and got a way better offer. So I could buy this one because already knew the building and many other important elements and it was decided, that what kind of condo and where I want to buy, what I need exactly. For example kitchenette is important for me. Hehe, I like when GF cooking me home exotic thai food 1luv I got a dozen pics and could decide about the room quality. I have eye for the details
