I bought a wardrobe from one that suddenly had a delivery and assembly charge on it, after I had paid in the shop, that had to be handed over in cash at the house. I had been told 'include delivery'. I thought it was bit of a side earner or scam too!

They get you from A-B, mostly safely, efficiently and quite punctual. They have a captive market that seems quite 'patriotic'. I couldn't get my USA colleagues to fly a non-USA carrier to China to save their lives, they were horrified that I would suggest them not getting their Airmiles! It was pretty much as you described.

Well I priced them yesterday for Club Class and they were looking good until the taxes and charges went on and they ended up 20,000 baht over the cheapest. Too many overpriced UK charges!
