only had mine 3 weeks but love it. much easier than searching bookstores, just log on too amazon pick the book and 1 click later it arrives to my kindle. also like the ability to increase the font size. give it 8 out of 10.

I dont think so, emirates have 10 seats across the width, against the others 9, so widebody makes no difference, in fact according to some frequent flier sites it is in fact worse. Not knocking emirates i fly business with them and I am a gold member but there 10 across configuration sucks.

went thru a-dam 3 days ago, no smoking in any bars now, just little booths about the place, lower level concourse D, in the casino, but very small, and 1 on concourse E, didnt check any others.

KLM and China are partners, i have flown on that route, be it from newcastle to amsterdam on klm and onward with china, bags were checked all the way through.

you are correct. i just checked again and the return flight was via CDG in paris a airport that i do not like, takes forever to get from point a to b, i always seem to land miles from my next connections gate. The flight now offered lands at 09.10 and my connection is at 10.15, a bit tight but i only travel with hand luggage so should make it, if i miss it the next one is at 3.15pm, but hopefully will make it, 6hrs in schipol not attractive. i will give gazelle a call tomorrow, i got the price i quoted from netflights.com, will see if they can beat it.

looking for a flight on the net for next mth i came across a offer for klm/china from newcastle vai amsterdam, not bad stopover times, couple of hrs each way and a price of 1295 for the business class, this beats emirates by almost 1k, anyone used them recently and got any comments? failing that anyone got the web addy of the site where travellers post reviews of the airlines? i used to have it but cant locate it now. thx

i think its cheap as i have the original crown for them to work with, so as far as i can tell its a case of replacing the pin, and drilling the jaw, i think!!!!

Topical post for me, I am arriving in a few days and I am getting a inplant whilst I am there, I have a exsing crown that is is loose, the tooth that it was put into has cracked and it can no longer be rpaired. I was quoted over 1k here in the UK, I have been quoted 27,000 in patts by the perfect smile clinic, so about half price, I am still waiting on a quote from BPH to see how much they charge, but still around half the UK price.

this doesnt just apply to emirates but to all airlines, a month ago i was looking for a flight to BKK from Newcastle, 1st price i was quoted was 1718UK, but hidden away on the website was a "check all deals available button" i hit that and got business class for 1,318, saved 400, i had to change my days by 1 day to qualify, but i also get a free pick up from my place in UK to airport saving 40quid in cab fare, so 440 in total. economy same route and same dates was 409, but no free cab. also upgraded using airmiles from dubai to bkk into 1st just to try out the 380 in 1st class, happy
