sweet...i rpefer hardtail bike with no suspension anyway. takes the fun out of riding mountain bikes. and i agree with the knobby tires...don't see a whole lot fo places to be using them in pattaya beach lol. thanks for the help gents!

awesome! at least now i know i can cruise around pattaya and try not to get by an imcoming motorbike or worse.

alright...where on earth can i possibly rent/buy a mountain bike in pattaya. if that is possible i mean??? i think i saw a bike shop on second road but i could have been mistaken. help!!!

here's a little unkown/known place that do offer safe deposti boxes in the rooms. rooms are pretty decent as well. they don't have a website...i don't think but its worth a look when you get there. check out samsara/dennis the mennis bar. the rooms in the back are quiter than the front for obvious reasons but they are nice. the owner is a really good guy. jsut tell them ricky sent you.

just curious if anyone could recommend a good apartment or hotel to stay in for 30 day or more besides all the guesthouses and what not. i'm looking at a budget of about 9-14,000 baht a month. thanks gents!

asiana is pretty good flight service. i have flown with them the past couple of trips to thailand. word of advice on flying out of seattle? it may seem they have no idea of how to load people onboard, but once that is over, the service is great onboard! this was probably one of the few times i wasnt to bored on a flight or at least made comfortable on a 20 something hour flight.

awesome! im landing on the 18th myself. touch down at 12:30 and on ground about 1 am or so. man its goign to be some good times!! touch down fairly soon...........

aloha! seeing how this is my 4th trip to pattaya beach im kept up to date with the newest scams adn going ons....for the most part. however, this will be my first time making a trip to pattaya during christmas and new years. now what im wondering is what the nightlife is like during that time. is it as wild as usual or pretty mellow. i ahve a good idea where im staying so any new info would be great. mahalo!
